A visit to the dentist is -atleast to me- always a very confusing experience. See; My dentist is quite a nice woman, really. With her blond hair, her smile and her green eyes it's almost impossible to not like her.
And yet she hurts me. She hurts me every time i go there. She doesn't even appologize; and why would she? It's her job. She hàs to hurt me, wether she likes me back or not. ..Confusing indeed.

I made an opointment. Not because i had to, but because i had a cavity in my upper left wisdom tooth. "Better to be safe than sorry", i thought. "I better get this filled now, before the tooth has to be pulled'... yet thàt was exactly what she did. Turned out though, it was a tooth with 3 roots. "Really quite a rarity in wisdom teeth", she tells me in her uplifting enthousiastic way. All the same too me, except that i have a 'rarily seen' big hole in my gums now. It's gargantuan. It took 3 stitches to sew me back together.

Coincidently, i had my hair cut yesterday. I had one side done shorter than the other. Is there a link between that and the pulling of my tooth, you ask? Why, yes there is. Wisdom has always been my strength (well; more than physical strength anyway) So in a wierd Samson-like way there is thus some poetic justice to be found in losing both my left hair ànd wisdom tooth.

Maybe i think too much.
